Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:


1) Responsible for the pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales sales market support in the regional market;


2) Responsible for product training and promotion of hospitals and agents in the regional market, and establish a good corporate image;


3) Conduct regular hospital return visits, follow up the clinical use of products, collect clinical feedback, and collate and analyze and report to the company;


4) Complete the market research and sales evaluation and promotion of the company’s products, and provide reasonable and suggestive suggestions for product updates;


5) Understand the performance, price and other information of competitive brand products, and provide reference for sales and marketing support;


6) Establish and maintain good relations with agents and hospitals, collect market operation information and feedback, and obtain various advantageous resources to promote brands and products;


7) Assist the sales manager to be responsible for the development, promotion and clinical volume of agents and key hospitals in the sales area, and improve the market share of products;


8) Abide by the enterprise sales management system, keep the business secrets of the enterprise, obey the work arrangement of the superior, and cooperate with the work of other relevant departments and personnel.


Job requirements:


1) Bachelor degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, marketing, etc., clinical medicine is preferred;


2) More than one year of medical market work or medical device sales and maintenance experience;


3) Strong market sensitivity and analysis ability, dedicated, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, good at communication and coordination skills.
