Hemodialysis Bicarbonate Cartridge

This product is used in blood purification therapy for acute or chronic renal failure. It is required to be mixed with dialysis acid concentrates or dialysis A powder to prepare dialysate through hemodialysis equipment. This product contacts with patient’s blood during treatment. The dialysate prepared from the sodium bicarbonate in this product flows outside the hollow fiber membrane of dialyzer while blood flows inside the hollow fiber membrane. Toxins in the patient’s blood are diffused to the dialysate due to presence of osmotic pressure and are excreted from the patient’s body.
