The dismantling process kick-starts with waste recording, followed by verification, weighing and then sorted into individual components before being stripped down into a waste stream of plastic, ferrous metal and electronic scrap.

E-waste, especially electronic pieces have to go through the process of electrolysis before the processed parts are crushed into powder for further processing. Our facility is capable to segregate dry materials in accordance to size and weight via various methods depending on their type. They are then further filtered and stored before being shipped out.

Basically similar to the process of Dismantling, all waste is first recorded, validated and weighed before being organized into categories by hand. They are then being broken down into basic plastic, ferrous metal and electronic scrap.

In respect of our clients’ corporate confidentiality, we treat E-waste management with extra care. We deliberately designed an elaborated crushing and shredding process to ensure all proprietary technology is destroyed. Electrolysis process is then carried out to extract metals from the electronic scrap, and the remains are carefully disposed.

There are always chances of the metal alloy being rendered unusable because of oxidation. This unusable alloy is usually thrown away as process waste. Solder dross which has more than 75% pure alloy is processed and refined by removing its inherent impurities and contaminants to render it reusable again.

Metals are widely used in the manufacturing industry for producing a wide variety of products. We start from separating different metals from each other, so as to improve the quality of recycled metals. A specialised recovery process is then applied to wash and dry metal chips before they are compressed and moulded into small blocks for easy shipping.
