Elvin Fernandez

Managing Director

With over 50 years of experience in the property valuation industry, Elvin Fernandez is a highly respected professional in the field. He holds various prestigious qualifications, including being a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM). Elvin has served in numerous professional roles and committees, both locally and internationally, and is actively involved in valuation, market research, and property consultancy. His leadership continues to drive the growth and success of Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd.

Rozina binti Shafiei

Director

Rozina holds a Master’s in Urban Land Appraisal and has extensive experience in property valuation and management. She has worked across both public and private sectors, including as a Senior Manager at Khong & Jaafar and Hakimi & Associates. Rozina is a registered Valuer and Estate Agent and an elected Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. With her deep expertise, Rozina plays a key role in overseeing the company’s strategic direction and client services.
